Ashley Hawkins, creator of the program "The Hawk Method," inherited an ancient form of Yogic teaching from the lineage of Krishnamacharya, known as the father of modern day yoga. Nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountain Range, Ashley studied Ayurveda, philosophy, and Yoga Therapy in a small yurt under the guidance of master teacher, Michelle Mazur. After thousands of hours of practice and years of in depth case studies, Ashley is honored to introduce and share with you an integrative method that combines her dance, fitness, and care giving background with yoga therapy for a highly unique practice. Her life-changing, holistic format brings a feeling of freedom to the mind and body while raising the pulse between them both.

The Hawk Method is intuitive, tailored for the individual, and places emphasis on proper alignment of the spine. Ashley allows for students to explore and manifest presence through patient, safe, and gentle guidance. The personalized programs are designed to balance energy and provide space for authentic self awareness and empowerment to manifest from the inside out.  Sessions are continuously adapted for the student during different times of growth and change. All ages, levels of health, life stages, and abilities are welcome to participate.
